the Agricultural Improvements Joint-Stock Company

In view of the eagerness of farmers to do business with the Agricultural Improvements Company, and because the Company is opening branches throughout the Lebanese Republic,

and as an encouragement to the peasant farmer,

its board of directors resolved on December 26, 1945, to create four thousand new shares, the price of a single share being one hundred and fifty Lebanese lira.

The Company's capital has now become 760,000 Lebanese lira.

So seize this opportunity, and apply to the Company's head office (Beirut — the building of the former French Restaurant) to learn the terms and to subscribe for the shares before they run out.
