The Wedding of Sheikh Khalil el-Khoury

زفاف الشيخ خليل الخوري

Scarcely will this issue of "The Woman's Voice" have arrived before there takes place, God willing, the splendid celebration of the wedding of Sheikh Khalil el-Khoury, son of His Excellency the President of the Republic, to the charming Miss Jacqueline Georges Arida, daughter of the Honorable vice-consul of Great Britain.
"The Woman's Voice" shares in the palace's rejoicing, and wishes the noble bride and groom a happy life, joined with lasting prosperity and felicity, in the shadow of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Sheikh Beshara El-Khouri, and his wife, Her Ladyship the First Lady of Lebanon.
And "The Woman's Voice" will do its utmost to publish in its coming issue the most important particulars connected with this great celebration, and whatever pictures it can gather of it, for the perusal of our eager women readers here and in the lands of emigration.
