Mr. Bicunique has decided to adopt a new title: "Astrologique." Its meaning in Arabic is "astrologer." You may therefore write to him, so that this time he may tell you what the future holds in store for you.
The conditions are the same as before, except that there must be added to them: 1) the date of birth — year, month, day, hour, and minute, if possible; 2) the color of the complexion; 3) the parents' names; 4) the place of birth; 5) occupation; 6) your hopes for the future. For the remaining conditions, consult the past two issues of "The Woman's Voice."
The answers from "Astrologique" are sent personally by mail, so kindly write the address clearly. No answer will be sent unless the request is accompanied by the price of a year's subscription to the magazine.
Sh. D. A. (Baghdad) An unsettled, fanciful temperament... Your fancies will sometimes come true, and your girl friends will then be astonished. Remain, as you are today, optimistic and philosophical... But do not trust men too much, and beware lest you fall into one of their snares. A turbulent life. You will marry more than once.
A. B. (Jaffa) A practical, unwithdrawn temperament. Eyes and ears wide open. Not easily taken in. You have fallen into a love affair of some consequence. Many young men circle about you, and you are right not to be hasty. Marriage to a thinker — but far off in the future.
A. A. (Beirut) A sensitive temperament, and agreeable in its sensitivity. It loves beauty and fame, yet it also appreciates the worth of people and the worth of things. Few adventures — and no matter, for you do not care for them. A love marriage, ahead of its season. Abundant wealth... A middling life, but one without emptiness.
N. T. (Beirut) A composed temperament — surprisingly so — and pampered... In reality: strong-willed, and unwithdrawn. It is, besides, a free temperament that follows its own bent... A sharp intelligence that promises well. A kind heart to the utmost degree. A modern marriage, its season far off.
S. A. M. (Beirut) A temperament pampered to the utmost degree, and with something ambiguous in it. Despite all that, pleasant, and commanding respect. A life full of adventures and incidents. Many upheavals. You may win wide fame in the ripeness of your years... More than one marriage... Many removals.
H. F. (Beirut) A withdrawn, retir
ing temperament... strong-willed to the point of unruliness... and, to some degree, domineering... Lavishness in giving, and great indulgence... An early marriage, to a merchant, unaccompanied by love... A quiet life, happy to a degree.
K. D. (Beirut) A frank, expansive temperament... You have outwitted others... so take care lest others outwit you... A modern life, a pleasant future, an amiable husband, gentler than the breeze, and he worships you...
S. H. (S. H.) A stolid temperament, free and stubborn... A great number of your ambitions will be realized, and all your acquaintances will marvel at it, while the faces of certain others will redden... Think well before you marry... A moderate span of life; a life without emptiness...
M. A. (Baghdad) An eccentric
temperament, out of the ordinary. And it is beloved for the sake of this very eccentricity, and for its impulse toward good works and sincerity. A marriage of interest — and yet love will accompany it... A long life.
W. M. (Beirut) An excitable disposition, not free of flattery. Very beautiful and endearing. A surpassing kindness of heart. Even in trust and in good faith alike. A marriage within an office circle. You are neither cast down nor carried away...
M. M. F. Gh. (Safad, Palestine) A fiery disposition, inclined to indifference... on the surface. It is thought to be changeable in its charm... If you sharpen your attention a little, you will discover certain friendships that may astound you... As for your marriage, it lacks not suitors, but only your resolve to choose.
