The Lebanese Syrian Club in Caracas

The Lebanese Syrian Club in Caracas, Venezuela, held the election of its administrative board for the year 1947–1948. The presidency was won by Mr. Ali Elias; the vice-presidency by Mr. Vicente Issa; the secretaryship by Mr. Aziz Musa Ibrahim and Dr. Youssef Arougo Ortega; the treasurership by Mr. Youssef Faraj; and membership of the administrative board by Messrs. Boutros Bojana, Emilio Ramos, Issa Luis, Luis Rafael Castro, Alberto Ramia, Mariano Rivero, Carlos Diaz Baez, Hanna Dunia, Dr. Iskandar Taribeh, and Philip Elias.

The Woman's Voice congratulates them, and hopes that at their hands this club, which renders the community the most distinguished of services, will flourish.
