Your Captivating Teeth

اسنانك الخلابة

Smile at your cares, smile at your sorrows, smile always...

But beware lest that smile be marred by dull teeth with no splendor and no beauty in them...

Your teeth give your smile a boundless splendor. For this reason they need daily care, and here are a few counsels:

◊ No doubt you clean them every day — but are you sure you clean them well?

◊ Use the brush from bottom to top and from the outside to the inside.

◊ Add to the water a few drops of oxygen; that disinfects and increases the whiteness of the teeth.

◊ Use the new medicinal pastes, and beware of ground powder, which ruins the teeth.

◊ Clean between the teeth from time to time with a thread, especially after eating.

◊ Do not forget that the beauty of your teeth depends to a great degree on the health of your gums, so do not neglect them; keep them lively always with massage.

◊ Do not neglect to visit the dentist at least twice a year.

◊ To strengthen your teeth it is advisable to eat plenty of fruit, and especially apples.

◊ Never crack a walnut with your teeth: it is your teeth that suffer, not the walnut.

◊ Do not cut a thread with your teeth while you sew; it is a bad habit.

◊ Beware of hot drinks and of iced water.

◊ Do not clean your teeth with anything metal — a needle or a pin. Beware.
