Burst Veins

انفجار العروق

Red spots sometimes appear on the body, and their color then darkens after a short time. This is a sign of weakness of the veins and of their bursting beneath the skin. If anything of this sort appears on your body, follow this advice:

Do not expose yourself to contrasting temperatures — that is, do not go out suddenly from a warm place into a cold one.

Do not use very hot or very cold water when you bathe; lukewarm water is the best remedy, winter and summer.

Avoid drinks that are very hot or very cold, and take them lukewarm, to avoid harm.

Do not eat 'hot' foods, or dishes cooked with spices.
