Fashions for Children

أزياء للأطفال

... Models of the loveliest things children wear at school, at play, and on formal occasions. They suit every occasion, and they always look elegant and attractive.

A pretty dress of cotton "écossais" cloth — and its wearing is very common — especially when it is adorned by this square white collar with its ruffled edging.

Two dresses of cotton fabrics in green or brown. What catches the eye are the puffed sleeves and the beautiful handwork adorning the edge of the collar and the bodice and running around the skirt of one of the two dresses; this kind of handwork is called "smocking."

And these two dresses of colored cotton are of the kind worn every day, unharmed by much washing and ironing; one of them is dotted. What most catches the eye in these two outfits is the white collar of "piqué" cloth — always pretty on children — and this white trimming on the bodice and skirt of one of the dresses harmonizes likewise with the white collar.

And this little dress — every girl would love to wear it! Its little white blouse with the puffed sleeves, and the narrow red ribbon around the neckline, harmonizing with the trimming around the brow .. an extremely charming outfit ... And it can be made of cotton fabrics, and in all colors.
