The Donations of Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Thani

• Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Thani, Sheikh of Qatar, has accustomed us every year to bestowing his generous donations upon certain charitable institutions in this country. The latest of his gifts was four thousand liras to the Lebanese Red Cross and another four thousand to the Lebanese Child-Welfare Society, which is headed by Mrs. Malaki Haik. So in the name of humanity we offer our warm thanks and gratitude to Sheikh Abdullah Al Thani.
