Obituary of the Writer Jihan Gazawi Aony

نعي الأديبة جهان غزاوي عوني

On the fifth of last September dreadful death folded away the writer Jihan Gazawi, wife of Mr. Tahsin Aony, director of the post office in Tripoli. By her death women's literature has lost a distinguished pen, and this magazine has lost one of the dearest members of its family, and an agent ardent in spreading its message in Tripoli and the North.

The Woman's Voice devotes these pages in loyalty to her precious memory and in acknowledgment of her love and the generosity of her giving.

Into God's keeping, Jihan — and condolences to your family and your friends.
