King Faisal II's Birthday — A Splendid Party at the Iraqi Legation

On the second of May His Majesty King Faisal II, the beloved King of Iraq, reached the eleventh year of his age, and the Iraqi Legation in Beirut gave a splendid reception at which it received congratulations on the happy occasion from men of politics and of the diplomatic corps, and from the ladies and gentlemen of Beirut.

The Woman's Voice feels the utmost delight as it offers the sister country its most sincere congratulations, wishing His Majesty long life, and Iraq, in his reign, the happiest of days.
