Penicillin, a Controlled Substance

His Excellency the Minister of National Economy, Mr. Philippe Takla, has issued the following decision:

Article One — The substance penicillin is subject to the system of controlled distribution, and its distribution shall be carried out by the Ministry of Health and Public Relief.

Article Two — This decision shall be published and communicated wherever need requires.
