Fashions for Children and Youngsters

These are fashions for children and youngsters that have lately reached us from New York (New York Dress Institute). We have decided to present them this time to our gracious readers, in the belief that a child's dress is important enough to deserve at least a little attention. For what a child wears also reflects the home in which he grows up. May these fashions, then, serve some part of the purpose.
