A Special Issue of The Woman's Voice

عدد خاص من صوت المرأة

It is a unique opportunity — the opportunity of the UNESCO conference convening in Lebanon in the middle of the current month. The magazine The Woman's Voice will not fail to seize this opportunity, and will present to its women readers next month a distinguished issue in the three languages: Arabic, French, and English. This issue will represent Lebanese women's activity and the development of the women's movements in all their fields. New faces of Lebanese women writers and well-known social personalities will appear in it, and it will publish statements by a group of our accomplished ladies, such as Mesdames: Ibtihaj Kaddoura, Evelyne Bustros, Laure Tabet, Najla Saab, Rose Ghorayeb, Salwa Mahmasani, Salwa Nassar, Joumana Ahdab, Mari Yanni Ata Allah, Edma Abouchdid, Saniyya Habboub, Najla Abu Izzeddin, Ellen Rihan, Wadad Cortas, Salma Sayegh, and others...

• Mrs. Janette Tadros has returned with her family from France, after spending a pleasant time there in the country of the Seine. The Woman's Voice welcomes this energetic lady, wishing her and her family a happy return.

• We are pleased to announce to the readers of The Woman's Voice that Mr. Mansur Munsif Abboud, owner of the ladies' dressmaking establishment "Mun Hayim" in Beirut, has recently returned from Paris, supplied with the newest fashions of the coming winter from the greatest fashion houses in France.
