Blue Shampoo — Lesson Three

الشامبو الازرق Blue Shampoo - الدرس الثالث

This shampoo consists of pure soap, and it contains a special blue substance for rinsing.

Comb your hair well before you begin, then prepare the shampoo: put half the contents of one packet, or all of it (this depends on the amount and thickness of your hair), into a vessel, then add to it about a quarter liter of hot water, stirring constantly. The water must be added gradually, and the mixture must be stirred well.

Wet your hair thoroughly, then put on it about half the shampoo mixture and rub it in with your fingertips until it produces a thick lather; then wash it out with plenty of hot water. After that, apply the remaining portion of the shampoo and massage it in until the lather reaches every part of the hair; leave it on for a minute or two, and then wash your hair well with lukewarm water, until every trace of soap is gone from it.

As for the blue substance intended for the rinse, it is used at the final stage. To prepare it, dissolve the contents of the small packet in a quarter liter of lukewarm water, then pour the solution over your hair and comb it so that the solution is distributed over it evenly. When drying it, avoid rubbing as much as you can.

Using this shampoo regularly makes white hair and graying hair keep their natural beauty, and it also prevents the appearance of the yellow tinge that sometimes mars the beauty of the silvery color that distinguishes such hair. As for ladies with black hair, thanks to this blue shampoo they can heighten the blackness of their hair and its natural luster, without exposing it to any of the known ailments of the hair.
