• She plays the piano well and is accomplished in the art of drawing.

• She received her education at the Evangelical Girls' College.

• She studied for five years at the elementary school attached to the American University of Beirut.

• She says woman has two duties:

The first: toward her home and her family;
The second: toward her society and the daughters of her sex.

Yet she believes that household duties come first, and that after them comes social activity to raise woman's standing and bring cheer to society.

Her counsel, as a new bride, is that a girl should make it her rule to adorn herself with tact and graciousness.
