Death of Nafiska Basileo

★ The hand of fate has claimed the late Nafiska Basileo, sister of Dr. Basileo, following a sudden cerebral hemorrhage. Her death left a profound mark on the hearts of all her family and friends, for she was known for her fine character and her generous deeds.

Her remains were borne in a solemn procession in which the great and the notable walked, headed by the representative of the President of the Republic.

May God enfold the departed lady in His vast mercy, and grant her family patience and solace.

★ On March 24 the Red Cross society distributed food to a thousand poor families in the country, on the occasion of the glorious Feast of the Resurrection.
