Death of the Mother of the Egyptians

وفاة ام المصريين

Yesterday Egypt mourned the venerable Mrs. Safiya Hanim Zaghloul, the Mother of the Egyptians. She breathed her last this evening in the House of the Nation, which stands close by the tomb of the immortal leader Saad Zaghloul Pasha, who died in 1927.

The Woman's Voice offers Egypt its warm condolences, praying that she may have patience, and the departed lady mercy.
