Advice of the Month — To the Married Woman

نصائح الشهر - الى المتزوجة

To the Married Woman

• If you see that an argument between you and your husband will inevitably lead to a quarrel, you will find no means of settling this dispute more effective than admitting you are in the wrong — especially if you are in the right.

• Do not go to sleep at odds with your husband... Ask forgiveness... Woman alone can do that better than a man.

• If your husband is well-off, do not hesitate to wear the finest clothes... And if he is not well-off, do not make his life troubled with too many demands, or with blame and harsh words.

• Do not be a spendthrift... Manage your household budget with wisdom and good sense.

• Tell your husband, from time to time, that he is one of the handsomest husbands in the world. And he will inevitably become the handsomest husband in the world.

• Place all your trust in your husband until you see his unfaithfulness with your own eyes, and close your ears to rumors. Rumors poison your life and his.

• Do not be jealous of his doings; his world may be larger than yours, or too complicated for you to understand.

• Do not pamper him, and do not give him everything he asks. Teach him to wait until he wins all he wants of your love and tenderness.
