On December 3 the marriage was celebrated of the gifted poet Mr. Michel Trad to Miss Aghni Abu-Haidar, a young lady of the most refined breeding.

The news came as a surprise even to many of his friends, who hastened to offer the young bridal pair their congratulations, and to express their hopes that the throat of the Lebanese nightingale will remain full of song, and that by way of marriage it will come to know new horizons.
