* Mrs. Jessie Sarkis Jureidini gave birth, on the eighth of July at Dr. Mustafa Khalidi's hospital, to her firstborn, "Ziad," and she has left the hospital with her child in perfect health.

To the child's father, Mr. Michel Jureidini, and to his mother, our warmest congratulations, and our wishes for a mighty army of sisters and brothers for little "Ziad"!

* Our colleague Mr. Mohammed Choucair and his good wife, Mrs. Gladys, have been blessed with a sister for their two children, Aliyya and Ali; they have named her "Lamia." The birth took place at Dr. Georges Hanna's hospital.
