Part of No. 11
December 1948, English section (pages 1–13)
Note
The first thirteen pages of the December 1948 issue’s French and English section, made for the UNESCO General Conference then meeting in Beirut. The section is numbered from the back of the magazine; its pages 14 to 24, up to the English masthead, are at the end of No. 11. The scan bound these thirteen sheets after the issue and in reverse order, which is why the catalogue lists them separately. The section is complete across the two items.
